2005 Annual Parish Assembly Minutes
Old Business
Michele Kazarian took the podium and asked if there was any old business to be discussed aside from the Committee reports that are to follow.
A motion was then made by Vernon Samoorian to close old business and the motion was seconded by Joyce Avedisian.
Auditing Committee Report
Michele Kazarian asked Steven Zaroogian to take the podium to entertain questions for the auditing committee. Craig Eranosian, Ken Nahigian, and Steven Zaroogian were recognized for their work on the auditing committee.
Ara Boghigian made a motion to close the auditing committee report and this was seconded by Joyce Avedisian.
Elections
At this point Gary Nahabedian took the podium again and asked the nominees for each office to come forward and be recognized by the assembly for voting purposes. The voting procedures were explained to the assembly by Greg at this time. He also noted that balloting will close promptly at 3:00 p.m. A short recess began at 1:30 to allow parishioners to cast their ballots.
